Demand for Defibrillators Highest in North America

The two types of defibrillators are external defibrillators and implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICD), between which, the demand for ICDs was higher in the 2019. ICDs are further of two types, namely subcutaneous implantable cardioverter defibrillators and transvenous implantable cardioverter defibrillators.
